However, in the event of a duplicate payment, technical error, or failed transaction, we will process a refund within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to forfeiture of the booking amount or treatment session.

For any product recommendations or take-home kits prescribed by our doctors, clients can purchase them directly at the clinic during their visit.
